Will I receive printed materials?
You will not receive a physical package, our Lab Kits and products are offered as a digital download that will be emailed to you immediately after your purchase. You can use electronically or print a hard copy. Please keep in mind that all materials are accessed online and digitally in PDF format.
Can I get a physical copy?
At this time our Science Lab Kits and other resources are only available in digital PDF format. You can print the entire kit and have it bound or keep it in a 3-ring binder, or you can print just the pages and materials you need.
Where do I get the items I purchased?
You will receive an email immediately after purchasing that includes the order details and links to download the items you purchased. The subject of that email is: Your Cool Science Experiments Headquarters order is now complete. Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email.
You can also log into your account where you can download and print the items you purchased at any time. Click Here to login
If you can’t remember your password to login, simply click the ‘Lost your password?’ link and it will give you instructions to reset it.

Duplication for an entire school, an entire school system or commercial purposes is strictly forbidden without written permission from the publisher. Additional licenses can be purchased at a discount.
Copying any part of this resource and placing it on the internet is strictly forbidden and is a violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Can I use this on Outschool?
No, adding our resources to Outschool is an example of commercial use and is not permitted.
I want you to make a change to the document – How do I request this?
Can I request a change?
Although I welcome and appreciate feedback for improvement, unfortunately I cannot accommodate custom customer changes. When suggestions are made, I will keep them in mind the next time the resources is updated.
How do I report an error found in the materials?
Mistakes happen. Please email me at danielle@coolscienceexperimentshq.com and I will be happy to send you a corrected copy as soon as possible. (Please note that this is for error corrections only and not for custom edits.) Please include the following in your message:
- Your order number
- Name of product
- Date of purchase
- Name and email address on your order (if different than the email you’re currently using)
What is the return policy?
If after exploring all that our Science Lab Kits and digital products have to offer and you’re not 100% satisfied, email us within 3 days of your purchase for a full refund. *Note: Due to the nature of the digital format of these materials, we cannot offer refunds after the materials have been downloaded or printed.
